Dream Exchange Selects MEMX To Provide Proven Exchange Technology for New Exchange

Dream Exchange announced that they have reached an agreement for MEMX to provide services and technology for Dream Exchange. Dream Exchange, once fully established, will operate a unique set of exchanges that span all corporate capitalization sizes, forming an effective bridge for small and mid-cap companies to access public capital markets. The Dream Exchange is establishing a National Market System (NMS) Exchange and plans to operate a Venture Exchange pursuant to proposed legislation under the Main Street Growth Act (HR 5795, SB 3097).

New York, New York — 100 Black Men of America, Inc. grants 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. Charter Membership in New York. The 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. was incorporated on December 27th, 2021 in New York State. The organizers have a long history of community engagement in Downstate, New York. area, and it's founder Phil Andrews, was selected by the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Administration as the 2019 Small Business Champion for 14 Counties in Downstate, New York.

100 Black Men of America, Inc. grants new chapter charter to 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. on December 10th, 2022 in Atlanta, Georgia.

100 Black Men of Eastern New York’s mission is to serve the African American Community in Eastern New York in the areas of Education, Health and Wellness, Advocacy, Mentoring, and Community Development, Leadership Development, and Economic Empowerment.

Founding President: The Founding President of the 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. Phil Andrews, has appeared on WABC Here and Now, NBC’s Positively Black, and was featured in Black Enterprise Magazine as a BE Modern Man. He has served as a Past President of a local chapter of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. as a two-term president.

He is also the Founding President of the African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. which supports the programs and activities of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.  The foundation is a 501 c 3 tax-exempt organization.
