Pamela’s journey in beauty and skin care began as National Training Director for Edgar Morris, a leading skin care company. Determined to close that gap, she immersed herself in a rigorous preceptorship with a board-certified dermatologist and professor of Ethno-Dermatology. In 2000, she founded The Skin & Makeup Institute of Arizona, an institution that reflected her specialized focus and answered an urgent need for more inclusive, science-backed training in skin of color.

Pamela’s expertise has taken her far beyond the treatment room. She is a nationally recognized educator and speaker, and her work has been featured on:
