Why Now Is The Time To Start A Sidehustle

Why Now Is The Time To Start A Sidehustle By Pierre Clark

But for as long as we - the disinvested and under-resourced community residents - have been here we know that we have to continue to be the change we seek. And that is why there has been a surge in entrepreneurial development and side-hustle creation in our communities in the last five years.

Driving Diversity: Pioneering AI Solutions in Clinical Research

In the ever-evolving landscape of clinical research, the importance of diversity cannot be overstated. Historically, clinical trials have often underrepresented various communities, particularly BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) populations. This lack of representation can lead to skewed results and limit the applicability of medical advancements to diverse populations.

Divergent CRO is at the forefront of addressing these disparities through discovering innovative applications of artificial intelligence (AI).

The Challenge of Diversity in Clinical Trials

Clinical trials play a crucial role in developing new therapies and medications. However, the underrepresentation of BIPOC communities in these studies has been a persistent issue. Factors such as socioeconomic barriers, historical mistrust of the medical system, and lack of access to information have contributed to this challenge. As a result, the medical community often needs more data to ensure that treatments are safe and effective for all populations.

Divergent CRO's Commitment to Change

Divergent CRO recognizes the urgent need for change and has committed to enhancing diversity in clinical trials by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. They aim to ensure that BIPOC communities are included in research and actively engaged and represented.

Get The Scoop On How Blacks In Chicago and Increasing Other Cities Can Change Our Zero Net Worth Dilemmas

How African-Americans Can Change The Circumstances Of Our Zero Net Worth Dilemma

By Pierre Clark The talk in Chicago about increasing economic opportunity for African-Americans in Chicago and around the country rings hollow in the face of a report from the Chicago Community Trust that Black families in Chicago have a median net worth of $0 dollars while white families in contrast have a median net worth of $210,000

A report from McKinsey and Company and reports from the Pew Foundation indicate that it might take hundreds of years - 228 years, according to one report - to address and fix the disparities. Most of us living now will have been dead and gone for 9-10 generations by that point in time.

What can be done now and in the immediate future about addressing and reversing these depressing findings? And as reports also say the GNP of African American community is over $1 trillion, how can the net worth of those same families in Chicago be $0? And how can we start capturing and recapturing that wealth?
